All Red Cross classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance registration is required. Course Content:

Designed to increase the effectiveness of Red Cross teams! Participants will This course is designed to prepare Red Cross volunteers and employees to establish collaborative relationships that contribute to coordinated disaster response and help to ensure inclusive and effective service delivery. This course is required for volunteers interested in working in Partner Services (liaison activity) in the Disaster Services Human Resources (DSHR) system.

This course is being taught in Santa Maria, however you can attend this course via conference call in the Santa Barbara office.
